At Kotirup, we want you to shop with confidence. If something goes wrong with your order, we are here to help with a replacement or return.


When You Can Request a Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement in the following situations:

  • Wrong product delivered: If the item you receive is not the one you ordered, or if the product details (such as size, color, or design) do not match what was confirmed during checkout.

  • Damaged product: If the product arrives broken or in defective condition. Please check the package at the time of delivery and notify us immediately if you notice any damage.

  • Manufacturing defect: If the product has a defect that affects its quality or usability.


Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 5–7 days of receiving your product.

  • The return period begins from the date our courier confirms delivery.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@kotirup.com or call +91 76589 48807 between 09:30 AM and 06:30 PM.

When you reach out, we kindly ask you to provide two photographs of the product:

  1. One clearly showing the issue (damage or defect).

  2. One showing the entire product.

These images help our Quality Assurance team quickly verify whether the product qualifies for a return.


Review and Approval

  • Once we receive your request and photos, our team will carefully review the details.

  • We will respond within 2–3 working days with the status of your return.

  • If approved, we will guide you through the next steps and arrange pickup through the same courier service at no extra cost.


Return Process

  • After pickup, it usually takes 5–7 days for the product to reach our warehouse.

  • Once it arrives, our team will inspect the item.

  • If everything checks out, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.

  • The amount will be credited directly to your bank account.


Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

  • All items that came with the product must be included: tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, invoice, and the shipping label.

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered.

Kotirup Breakage Policy 

If your product is broken or damaged when it reaches you, please take a clear photo of the item and send it to us on WhatsApp at +91 76589 48807 within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will  look into the issue and provide a quick solution. 
When returning the product, we kindly ask you to keep it in the original packaging, along with all  foam and protective materials. Even if the item is broken, this helps us check the problem  properly and process your replacement smoothly. 
We appreciate your cooperation and will make sure your concern is handled with care.

Kotirup Refunds Policy 

All refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after the product is received at our 
warehouse. 
• Prepaid Orders – The refund will be transferred directly to your original payment 
account. 
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders – Refunds will be made via NEFT bank transfer. For 
this, please share your bank account details with us. 
Once processed, please allow 2–3 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account or 
statement.
